Performance Problem 8/23/2023 2:38:30 PM We are currently experiencing delays with EDI transactions processing as a result of the Boomi platform that runs the EDI service. For some customers, EDI transactions are processing but may be taking longer than expected. We have noticed in some instances that transactions are being duplicated as a result of the automated EDI retry service. We are pausing our automated EDI retry service to prevent any potential issues with duplication. This may require customers to manually push EDI transactions that are in their queue. We are working closely with Boomi and will continue to keep you updated. If you are experiencing issues or have concerns with your EDI transactions, please input a case, and let your TAM or CSM know. |
